OK, Ive manually collected the current log files from the MP and TVServer log directories having lust reproduced the problem, and they are attached.

Are there any other logs needed?

Not got anything capable of opening RAR files on my work machine so will look later when I have time

Snuck in and did a test to capture logs. No go.

Tried the Sourceforge version, but that didn't work either.

This is possibly not quite the same issue as others have seen as you do not have the errors about loading MediaInfo dll.

Not got time to look in depth now but this is recorded TV from last night (not ongoing recording)? Is it DVB-T? HD or SD? Does it have any audio with is not stereo?

You do seem to be having some issues with creating thumbnails on some programs. If you disable thumbnail creation in config does this still get played as audio only?

Finally if you rename the file from ts to mkv and play it via MyVideos does this work with video?

DVB-T, H264 & 720p. Other recordings are ok - this is the first that I've come across in around two weeks of RC4 (clean install). TS file showed video in Windows Media Player. Will check the thumbnails. This is a recording from early this morning - NZ time - so not an ongoing thing. Have tried versions 31, 33 and 29. Same problem.

Thumbnails is off - that is, none of the check-boxes are checked. Had problems with this consuming heaps of CPU a few versions ago so I normally turn this off. Not sure why you see errors....

Err..... No. It's 33Gb. This is the only file that fails to play. Well, last night's fails too. If you know of a way to edit it, I'd be happy to.

Start ftp and then close the client after at least 100Mb
