tv sound, no picture. no channel selection (3 Viewers)

I did the whole step by step config on MP and server today. I copied the correct files this time. (from today) Thanks for trying to help. Here are the correct files.
The tv doesn't work at all.Clicking on the tv portion usually freezes the cursor.

That's because the TV Server service is not running. Please restart your PC and try again.

here is my latest attempt. besides the listed problems, the tv server configuration software will not open. Is this normal?
