Definitely not. That would be a crazy thing to do, since we don't know if it will break something else.

I still don't see any mantis entry for this. Just tried the .patch file in this thread. I don't know in which version the fix will be comitted. That is up to the dev's. =)

Mark, as topicstarter i can confirm that the issue is fixed with the patch V2 from gibman.
