MP2 - V2.1 Tv will niot start - when I try to reopen TV Setup it wont (1 Viewer)

During the setup everything looked OK - channel scan went fine, Groups I did import from MP1. But when I tried to start TV from MP2 it won't do anything. When I tried it via Prgram Guide (option Menue - show programm) it also didn't start. Now when closing doen MP2 and access TV Config I get this error:

Hm - any idea what to do about not working setupTV? Seesm as the issues with TV I have are from missing settings (Cam Settings) - when playing around I recognised that unscrambled channels seem to work - but as I can't open the setup ...

Can we assume you are trying to open the SetupTv that should be on the desktop when you installed MP2....

Even the last MP2-Server log you included shows
[2017-01-07 10:48:42,152] [11787 ] [Main ] [WARN ] - SlimTvService: Unable to configure MediaSource for recordings, probably TV configuration wasn't run yet.

yes. The MP2 one. TVService from MP1 is deactivated. The Problem is this error when I try to open setuptv.

You know what? Uninstall MP2 - fear nothing - you databases and settings stay untouched. Reboot and then reinstall. Hopefully things will be better thern.

Make a backup of the MP2TVE_3.s3db then delete it.
Start the MP2-Server process
Now try and open the SetupTV application

I think the issue is the DB.
It might be corrupt from having MP1 running at some point With MP2 running

You know something - in my company I am the nightmare of any consultant - it's an unwritten law that at some point the comment is "I never had this issue before ..."

No - same result with the .net error in the EventLog

Will now try a reinstall

And - working - TV also now working (as mentioned the original problem was missing CAM setting) as expected and much faster as in MP1.
