TV3 Crashes Silently, Only XP Framework Error (1 Viewer)

I've tried several versions of the TV3 SVN snapshot and they all crash on me without generating an error log. I get 30-60 minutes per restart until it crashes again. The only error I find is in the XP Event Viewer which shows a Framework error:
