I just updated MP to current svn 27326. Unfortunately now the TV4Home service is no longer working due to changes in TVLib. Can you provide a newer version of TV4Home, please?

Hi!

It should be possible to just copy the new TVE libs into the installation directory of the service (overwriting the old ones) and then restart it.
I think we will update the references when a new stable release is available ;-)

Nope, there where changes in the recent svn that require code modifications of the tv4home source code...

Sorry for the delay, attached is the version that is built against your assemblies.

The TvBusinessLayer.dll wasn't in your .zip, so I used the old one. Could you try if it works nonetheless or send me the file otherwise?

Hi guys,
I was surfing around... and than I found your really nice peace of software on this website: TV4Home - The all-in-one TV solution!
I thought I was dreaming because this is exactly what I am looking for!
Couple a days before I just throw away my old and shitty NAS/Linux System and build a brandnew and powerfull Windows Home Server.

Than I was thinking: "Hey, when the WHS is running 24/7, why don't I install my two TV-Cards of my clients to the WHS so I dont need to care about waking up MediaPortal to get a recording starting to take place".

After my "idea" I search for tips and tricks to find a good solution to install the TVServer on my WHS machine. And yes... now I find your very nice project.

I was soooo happy to find such a nice project, everything I need is just there on this website. And then....... I wanted to download the application and...

"This project has no releases. " Noooooooooooooooooooooo! This cant be trueeee!

So my question is, how far is the software? Is it possible to test the software? And it it is, how can I build it
And... can I support you in any way? Do you need help?

Airshark: As you are using Windows Home Server, you will need the specialized Add-In package for it. We haven't made an official release yet, because we wanted to wait for the next beta of WHS Vail, but now that Windows Home Server 2011 RC (the new name for Vail) is available for testing we will make some adjustments and get ready for a beta release of TV4Home.

I'll see if I can get the package ready in the next couple days and send you a build of the WHS Add-In ;-)

But I am using the first version of Windows Home Server.I think it's based on Windows Server 2003. So will it run on this platform?
