Tried MyTV (no TVServer installed and with TVServer (logs supplied), BlueTwo (logs supplied) and xface both show same results.

This is irrelevant to TVServer, as it is with MP this is occuring, thats why it was posted in Mediaportal section.

    1. goto live fullscreen TV
    2. info button twice, chose tvguide
    3. select another channels already running program, press record button.
    4. option shown current program or manual stop, choose current program.
    5. recording starts ok but unable to remove epg overlay from screen.

    VISTA 32 EVR. DVB-T EPG

Same overlay of epg stays in whichever screen i'm in and will not close.

It's good that SciDoctor could not produce problem, may be something unique to our setup.

Did you import any old settings from your pre MP1RC, i did my videodatabase and the video, TV and radio thumbs, everything else was configured new, including sql database.

Also as a side note, use MPTray to launch MP and TVServer Monitor in systray.

as i clearly stated in the release news.

if tv-server is used for tv -> report bugs in TV-Server Bugreport forums.
if you find TV Bugs in MediaPortal forums, where TV-Server is used -> move them to TV-Server Bugreport forums

    otherwise its a mess.

Apologies chris, not trying to screw the system up.

Overlay for epg is not in focus once the mce remote record button is pressed, you get the dialogue box "record current program\until manual stop" options once you select this, overlay is no longer accessible, the only way to get focus is hit info twice, reselect tvguide and then its in focus and can be closed.

    Gixxer,

In overlay epg, use info button on selected channel and select record from menu, this works fine and does the same job, with the same amount of keypresses.

Maybe did not stress enough, this is using record button\keypress on remote to cause this behaviour.
