tsreader.log is on the client - and the tsreader.ax has also to be replaced on the client not on the server.

ok, placed your tsreader on the client overwriting the original tsreader file. found after 1 min again stuttering. ive attached the tsreader.log file from the client.

Yes it means that you've another issue than me and cfforce. We had only problems when one file is switched to another in "Log you see Buffer integrity error".

my tvserver is running on windows home server (basically server 2003) and my client is on windows vista, later on ill pull out my laptop that has windows 7 and see if its any different

I've noticed a strange occurence on 2 clients whereby it tries to initiate timeshifting from y:\timeshift, even though I've specified the timeshift location as simply y:\

Hmm... cannot see any problem with that. TsReader just logs how the binary search algorithm has progressed. It took approx 1.6 seconds (pretty long I would say, normaly I see approx 10ms seek times) to find the correct place in file.
