I'm trying to install tvserver3 into my Vista system, but i'm getting an error, it say:
'The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing the package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869'

Any idea why i get the error and how solve it?
I've tryed diferent tvserver builds and the error is always there.

I assume u have UAC enabled.

create a bat file and let the bat file run the setup with administrative priviliges. That should do the trick.

the setup is not compliant with Vista thats why u get the error.

are you running 32 or 64bit Vista? I am running 64 bit Vista and TV Server DOES NOT work for me.
