TVServer hangs after trying to watch a channel (1 Viewer)

today i did a reboot of the system and since then the tv server hangs if a tv channel should be opened

if i try to start a channel stream in the manually section from the tv config > tv config hangs..
if i try to watch a channel in mp > mp hangs...

... that seeemed to cause an inf. loop, when this occured.
