TVServer not saving recordings is selected format (1 Viewer)

Odd one this, for the past couple of week I have noticed that recordings made via my PVR-500 card are not being saved in the format I have selected in the setup.

I have 3 cards, a PVR-500 and a TT S2-3200, all cards are set to record in .ts format but only the TT card produces .ts files??

Not 100% sure when this started.

Can supply logs if required.

I did think that, have some memory confusion maybe, sure at one point I got .ts filles from TVServer for those cards....
