The Problem
After Starting/Restarting my PC, the TVService doesn't start automatically even though it is set to 'Automatic' within Services.
I have looked through various similar threads, but my situation appears to be unique, as there are no messages in the Windows Event Viewer, which indicates the Service isn't even trying to start.
Anyone else have this problem or any idea what it could be?
