are you doing the exact same things and seeing the same things with the dlls from 1.37 - TVServerKodi extension is broken after upgrade to 1.37 from 1.36 and 1.37 - TVServerKodi extension is broken after upgrade to 1.37 from 1.36 ?
maybe a screenshot of the error (where you click OK) will help?

don't know what happened then, but just keep on doing the same as when you produced the logs from 1.37 - TVServerKodi extension is broken after upgrade to 1.37 from 1.36

rebooting windows is not needed. just restart of tvservice and (probably) you clicking ok on the error
