TVService keeps overwriting database connection string in gentle.config (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm trying to get the My TV remote client working and I realised the issue was that the conneciton string passed to the client is host\sqlexpress.

I want to change the connection string to use IP_Address:1433 and edited the connection string in gentle.config in the tvservice folder. However, whenever I start the tvservice service, it overwrites the entry in gentle.config!

How do I stop it doing this, or where do I go to make this valid connection string permanent?

BTW, I have performed all of the necessary configuration to the SQL Express installation, forewall / everything; I can connect to the SQL Server remotely providing I use TCP/IP. I just need to know how to stop the config in gentle.config being overwritten.

Uh'.

Found another gentle.config in c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\tvservice updated that and everything is fine.
