I have two strange graphics problems with 1.0. The first is a set of 9 boxes that fly around the screen when using ffmpeg as the video codec, the second is vertical lines around text within the mediaportal GUI. Following are the screenshots:

Use another codec, then...
MPV/MPA

I've switched to MPV but it occasionally has some serious tearing issues on my high bitrate MPEG2 streams (~4.6GB/hour). ffmpeg worked fine under 0.2.2.0 and works under VLC so I was wondering where the artifacts are coming from.
