UK Channel List Required (1 Viewer)

I have a problem where I am missing Mux c (channel 34, 578 MHz) channels from detection process.
Could anyone that uses DVB-T (freeview) in the surrey (recieving from crystal Palace) area send me a export of their channel list as I would like to try and add them manually.
Alternatively, if there is any information on how to obtain all the other information in the manual configuration area e.g. audio & video PID etc. I would be interested in reading it.
All I have been able to determine so far is that I may be locked on the wrong Network ID as the channels that have been detected differ from a set top box that I tested with.

Cannot understand loss of signal if being transmitted strongly enough and all other mux's ok, which company does the transmitting.

I also was a bit confused by the loss of signal for that mux as I should be in an area that has nearly 100% like the rest of the channels.

Thanks for the forum suggestion I will give it a go. I had looked at their stuff before but over looked the forum.
