I have setup Refresh DVB EPG so that BBC One is the grabber channel (which is meant to grab all available channels) but the U&W, U&Eden and Quest+1 EPGs are no longer being grabbed even though the Freeview channels are still working as normal.

Is this happening to anyone else in the UK?

That is the configuration that I recommend, and which I use myself. (y)

My HTPC is setup to grab the EPG at 06:00 hours each day, using idle grabbing. I have just checked my EPG to see if the channels that you mention are missing some EPG:
    • The "U&W" and "U&Eden" channels both have a full EPG, i.e. the EPG for the remainder of today (Tuesday), plus a full 7-day EPG for Wednesday (tomorrow) to Tuesday of next week inclusive. "U&W" is broadcast in the 506 MHz MUX (a DVB-T MUX), and "U&Eden" is broadcast in the 474 MHz MUX (a DVB-T2 MUX, although "U&Eden" is SD, not HD).
    • The "Quest+1" channel is broadcast (I think) in the very-low power local MUX (Rowridge transmitter), which I cannot receive at my location, so I don't have it in my EPG.
One possible cause of your problem is that you are not grabbing for long enough. I have my HTPC setup with a 60-minute timeout for idle grabbing. This does not mean that TV Server will grab for 60 minutes -- it means that TV Server will grab for up to 60 minutes. TV Server knows when the "EPG carousel" has rotated once, and stops grabbing when the start point is reached again.

Thank you for confirming that U&W works for you.

I ended up deleting U&W and rescanning for channels. That fixed the issue.
