Personally I would prefer an option in the installer to only install logos for terrestrial channels, but that is because I don't have the satellite channels, so there is no sense wasting disk space for channels I don't have.

Is there any point? The entire glossy pack is under 5 MiB.

I agree - the 'wasted' space is not worth worrying about...

More logos for the BBCi Menu on satellite ("BBCi 5"), plus the Freeview interactive channels 301, 302 and 301 HD (the latter two being just for the Olympics).

@DragonQ I managed to find the updated Sky Sports HD logos on Sky's business website.

Very minor issue - Sky Arts 1 seems to have a random space at the end of the file name ("Sky Arts 1 .png" instead of "Sky Arts 1.png").
