UK - Where´s Channel 5 Gone?? (1 Viewer)

I seem to have lost Channel 5 a while ago. I´ve updated the satellite list and rescanned the channels but although It finds Channel 5 but I can´t switch to it or do a preview in the config page.

Any idea what I need to do to get it back?

Did you update your tuning details list before scanning.

Channel 5 and all of its sister channels (including +1s) are on Astra 1N now. If you update the satellite transponder list, it should find them on 10964H and they should work fine (they do for me).

You say you have the channels but they don't work...are they correctly marked as free-to-air? Are you sure they're the correct versions and not older ones from Astra 2D? Also, do any other services on Astra 1N work for you (e.g. Channel 4 HD or ITV1 HD London)? The complete list of Astra 1N channels is here:

I deleted the current entry for C5, updated the satellite lists then did a channel rescan and It´s now working.
