I have been following the 'Tutorial Videos for TV-Server and Client' and installed (1) Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition (2) Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express (3) Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) and then (4) Tv-Server & TV-Client Plugin version 04-07-2008 05-08h Revision 18566.
When you then run TV-Server configuration and Test/Save 'Setup Database connection' the installation doesn't progress any further. Clicking on 'Test' button shows there is a connection but when you click the 'Save' button you simply get the same window reappearing again - the installation doesn't progress to 'TV Server management console'.
I then tried 'Tv-Server & TV-Client Plugin version 03-21-2008 02-09h Revision 18123' and installation was successfull. Iwas also successful with Rev 18273. However when I tried Revs 18513, 18560 and 18584 they were unsuccessful - I got the same situation as described above for Rev 18566.
It would seem that something has changed between Rev 18273 and 18513 which prevents TV-Server being configured on my system.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
