If you have time pressures I would just install 32-bit windows. The support for x64 windows from both a hardware and software perspective is not really quite there at the moment. It works with the Fusion software because they don't have to support a wide range of capture cards, and of course if they release 64-bit drivers they are going to get them working in their own software.
