Unable to Retrieve TVDB data for CSI (1 Viewer)

HI, I've recently upgraded to MP V1.1.0 and StreamedMP-1.2.1.1553. When importing data for my TV series CSI is not recognised, but CSI NY & CSI Miami are! The show is on the TVDB site and I can find its series ID (72546) but am unable to manually enter the show during the import process. Trying to force an internet recognition in MP also fails to identify CSI.

Is there a way around this problem? Can the ID 72546 be manually entered anywhere to force recognition? I've tried CSI, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and other variations but none work :(

Thanks in advance ;)

The files are not hidden. They show as green in the import screen, but cannot be matched to CSI. They automatch to CSI: NY, CSI: Miami and a couple of other suggestions, but CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is not listed and I can't see a way of manually forcing a match.

Renaming (without the : as it's not allowed) produces the same result - no matches found. Maybe there is an issue at TVDB?

Thanks for the tips :) Renaming the file to Crime Scene Investigation.S10E01.avi did the trick! Not sure why the title should not include CSI, but at least it will import now :D

Thanks again ;)

It can just display csi, that's the name of the show after all.

There has been some problems with the thetvdb, perhaps it was a result of that. A lot of series have been returning no results.
