Unable to Run TV-Server Configuration (1 Viewer)

TV-Server Version: 1.02

I am unable to get in to the TV-server configuration. After entering the SQL server details and clicking "Yes" in the pop-up screen SetupTv simply crashes with an error "SetupTv has encountered a problem and needs to close".
This all on a freshly installed windows XP Sp3 with a fresh full install of Mediaportal 1.0.2

I was previously running Mp 1.0.0 with the build in tvengine and got no experience at all with TV-Server and have tried to search the forums but was unable to find any simular problems.

I have thrown my log files online, if someone who knows how to read these things could take a look that would be greatly appreciated:
