unable to scan digital channels (1 Viewer)

i have Fusionhdtv7 dual express tuner card. i can get analog channels but i cannot get the clear digital cable channels to scan.

Any suggestion or what to try to do?

Hi,
You need to attach the logs from trying to use the card, noly way to see whats up.

Hi,
The best is to collect logs using MPTestTool(this will get them all, both from TV Service & MP if in singleseat. Multiseat TV logs should be zipped) & attach the to your post.

i am going to send you the MPtesttool.zip file. This is the latest zip files. The strange things is if i installed only the drivers the only things i can scan and find is analog channels. When i installed Fusion software, i can find both digital and analog channels.

Sometimes when i try to watch digital channels, it tells me that unable to start graph, other times i can watch channels with no problem.
