Good day everyone, I have done my due dilligence by searching the forum and Wiki but I cannot get MyTV to display the TV signal from my Set-top box via Composite. I have a Fusion HDTV 5 USB Gold connected via Composite to the Cable Set-top box. Forget about the fact that neither the Analog nor the ATSC tuner of my card can find/scan any channel. What bothers me is that I cannot get passed the error message in MyTV "Unable to start timeshifting Unknown Error occured". The Composite channels show under Channels in the TVEngine but the Preview does not work there either giving me an error "Preview Failed. Unknown Error". EPG is disabled. Anythoughts? any idea on the scanning problem too? My Specs follow and the logs are attached. :thx: TV-Server Version: tvengine3-12-21-2007--01-37h--Rev16693 MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0 SVN 12-21-2007 18-22h - Revision:16701 MediaPortal Skin: Blue default Windows Version: Vista Ultimate CPU Type: T5500 HDD: ASUS F3J Series Laptop Memory: 1024 Motherboard: ASUS F3J Laptop Motherboard Chipset: ASUS F3J Laptop Motherboard Bios: ASUS F3J Laptop latest version Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon X1700 256MB Video Card Driver: 8.38 070517a Sound Card: RealTek High Def Audio Onboard, will use also SounbBlaster Live 24 USB Sound Card AC3: SPIF, AC3 Sound Card Driver: 6.0.1.5334 1.
