Unable To Start Graph - I can only use the TV, when I run MediaPortal first time! (1 Viewer)

Hi.
MediaPortal RC2.
Windows 7 (32bit).
Pixelview USB SBTVD FullSeg.
I can only use the TV, when I run MediaPortal first and only time.
If give a stop or exiting the MediaPortal and run again when I use the TV again the following message appears: Unable To Start Graph.
To be able to reconnect the TV must reboot the PC.
Any tips?

My card (USB) not have this option.
Attached TV.log reporting the problem.
