Hi,

since today I am unable to tune to my HD channels like Arte HD, ZDF HD, etc. I always get the message "Unable to start graph". All my SD channels are just working fine.
Please take a look at my logs, today at about17:31 I tried to tune to ZDF and ARD HD. Yesterday everything just worked fine.

I use a Tevii S471 TV card and run Mediaportal 1.7.1 on Windows 7 32-Bit.

Please let me know if you need further informations. Thanks for your time!

    Hello

The problem is quite obvious from a quick glance in your log file:

In other words, the tuner fails to tune because there is no signal or the signal is too weak.

Have you updated the tuner driver recently?
Your logs say that your tuner is a "Compro DVB Receiver" - are you sure you have the right driver installed?
    How is the weather?
Are you sure your dish alignment and cabling are okay?

    Hi,

I reinstalled Windows and so I also "updated" every driver.

About my tuner: I'll check the driver on friday, as I have access to my PC.

    The weather was good.

Dish alignment should be ok because the other receiver connected to the same dish worked just fine. So cabling could be an issue, I'll check that too.

Later that day the HD-channels worked again, so at least it seems like a problem with the signal quality. But why are only the HD-channels affected?

    Greetings,
    DrakeO9

But why are only the HD-channels affected?
HD channels => more bits/bandwidth => more aggressive modulation (eg. 8 PSK DVB-S2) => more chance of problems if your dish, cabling etc. is not optimal.
