Hi all,

I've stared getting the error as in the picture below when I start MP:

mperror.jpg

If I click continue I can carry on using MP but it is a tad annoying having to do that all the time - any idea what I can do to solve this problem

So what have you changed recently?

Also please attach your full logs.

I've only been setting up the EPG and I've used the new .dll to solve the weather bug that was posted here, but I had this error before the new dll anyway.

Logs are attached now - and thanks for the help too :)

I cant see that error mentioned in the logs anywhere, I expected a error.log :(

btw, I noticed you have this in your MediaPorta.log:

    Load plugins from : C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Plugins\windows\WindowPlugins - Copy.dll

Its not a good idea to have two of the same plugins in the same folder.

Indeed, such files shouldn't be present and can cause al kinds of weird issues (also nothing extra files should go into that directtory, not even a 3rd party DLL files that the plugins are using).

That may explain the double of everything in the plugins config I started seeing..oops! Will remove it and see if that solves the problems...

Nope, still get the error box popup - odd as well as it also pops up exactly the same when I open the MP COnfig program??
