Ever since I've updated to the latest SVN or Nullsoft installer SVN types I can no longer timeshift or watch live tv
The last SVN that worked for me was: tvengine3-01-12-2008--01-12h--Rev17009.zip

I can't seem to get it working at all, I even tried from a clean install with everything deleted.

Also when using TV Server Configuration I'm using MS SQL 2005 Developer and I noticed the connection always comes up as computername\sqlexpress even though my instance name is MSSQL2005 I have to always retype it it's not getting persisted when I save

Thanks in advance
Regards Robsworld

Have you tried the "use another Folder for timeshifting" trick, this seems to work for some users.

Thanks Ray and Cheezey for replying,

Ray: Firstly I have tried timeshifting to another folder and still no luck.

Cheezey: I have registered the tsreader stuff from an old MP installation but I still have the problem, I've tried all possible steps in that thread and still no luck

The problem still persists I don't know what else to try?

    Thanks again

I'm also stuck at the moment.

I managed to get one of my systems running TsReader ok, but not the other - even though I followed the same steps on both. TSReader.ax just won't register on my 2nd system.

I'm just gonna wait till the devs figure out what the issue is.

Could you please post or upload the tsreader.ax that worked for you?

    Thanks Robsworld

    Hi,
robsworld, did you test that Revision 17020 didn't work?

Ronilse: That is correct I'm pretty sure I tried that version... 17009 does work, 17020 doesn't work I can try testing it now if you like?

That would be great & attach the logs after the test.

    Rev 17020

Timeshifting works but if I'm watching tv on oneone channel then change to another I get "channel no audio/video" timeshifting couldn't be started message comes up

Last time I tried all these I tried several revisions and only found that 17009 was the last known good to work. All others had problems.

Hope this helps - I'm off to bed spent too much time on this program and NO RESULT :-(
    Regards Robsworld
