"Upcoming episodes" working only every second time (1 Viewer)

Description
When checking for "upcoming episodes" this option only works every second time.
the first time this option is selected it simply does nothing.
The second time it successfully scans for upcoming episodes. The next, the third time it does nothing again, after that it works... And so on.

Steps to Reproduce:
Select recording from "Recorded TV", press "Menu", select "Upcoming episodes"
Do that again

Tried to reproduce this, but this is working fine with my clean 1.7 Final install (Titan) on every (first) attempt.

Is this issue present on both your clients?

Yes this happens with both my clients. (1.6 and 1.7)
Even on my MePo test installation in a vmWare VM this issue is present. (V 1.7)
This happens with Titan and Default as skin and regardless if there are any upcoming episodes or not.
