Update MySQL 5.1 to latest 5.6 version (4 Viewers)

Did fresh install, imported channels - all is fine working. Later - restored backup all except tv options and all fun got back again.

When you say you restored the backup, exactly how did you do this? Importing previously exported TV settings, restored and image or something different?

Using Backup plugin in MP. When importing channels - through TV configuration part.

Just started all over again.
- Cleaning with full uninstall
- Install 1.5.0 from this thread.
- Got problem with MySQL pass error
- installed again not reinstall MySQL - all went smooth
- Imported TV channels - all is working fine
- Now I am installing plugins, not restoring from backup...

Remember that the backup plugin is not an official part of MP, and may not be compatible with the latest versions.

I have no idea if it simply copies the old TV database back, or if it tries to import individual data.

as this is actually offtopic here (because Arturas already told us that he has it also with MySQL 5.1) - should we separate his problem from this thread?
@Arturas1976 do you still need help on it, or you can figure out yourself what setting is wrong after restoring?

About Backup plugin - I am not sure that I disabled all related TV backup importing settings, but I have tried not to restore TV related options, just MP.
And it stuck also.

I have just finished bug tracking and outcome is - Wifi remote plugin
Disabled and all is fine now.

For sure it is fine to separate the talk to other thread with some points to MySQL - logs could be more informative and that error about incorrect password when making fresh install.

I think the error with incorrect password, is because it left 51 files that was not deleted by MySQL uninstaller
I remember @Holzi writing it in wiki (if i'm not wrong)
