Updated Ziggo tuning parameters (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Today (03/07), frequencies are added for the HD introduction of the Dutch public channels for all Ziggo areas.

I renamed 2 files, so the name covers more the correct area.

Please remove the following tuningparameters files:

The Netherlands-Ziggo.Zwolle.dvbc
The Netherlands-Ziggo.Hoogeveen.dvbc

They are replaced by:

The Netherlands-Ziggo.Hoogeveen.Zwolle.dvbc
The Netherlands-Ziggo.Salland.dvbc

Please find Attached all updated tuningparameter files.

Hi there,

I just updated the tuning parameters, but I don't have the new Nederland 1 & 2 HD. I do get Nederland 3 HD.
The scan finds 8 new channels

I also have this problem when scanning:

7tp - 284000 Mod64Qam 6875:No signal
10tp - 276000 Mod64Qam 6875:No signal

Are the parameters incorrect?

Did you copy the files to the correct location?

The files should be copied to Program Files/Team Mediaportal/MediaPortal TV Server/TuningParameters/

(276 and 284 Mhz are old frequencies of Limburg Brabant)

Of course. But I will double check it later on. I had to confirm to write over the old file. I will let you know if it makes any difference.

I checked it again and it works now. I did save the file to a different location.

ziggo hd?

i scanned with the Ziggo Hoogeveen/Zwolle dvbc file

and cant find any HD Channels. When i use the firedviewer i get the HD channels...

any help ???

Yesterday I updated the file for the Cogas area in The Netherlands.
The new HD channels, Nederland 1 HD and Nederland 2 HD, appear now in the scan. They are on 462MHz.
So, I added the folowing line in 'The Netherlands-Ziggo.Cogas.dvbc':

462000,64QAM,6875000

jin, je moet bovenstaande regel in het bestand zetten.

i have a floppy dtv C/CI

On 462000 nothing is found . i live in the 7900 area for Ziggo (Hoogeveen/Zwolle).

When i use the Firedtv viewer: and select "Cable neterlands" Eurosport HD is found. Nederland 3 HD is found. Discovery HD is found

I find 122 tv channels with the dvbc files, not any of the HD Channels. my digital reciever from ziggo finds 155 TV channels

Will try to make my own dvbc file tonight.... or someone has the solucion?

I noticed that Ziggo did change also some network ID's, so the network ID for Zwolle was 7900 and is now 9003 (Salland dvbc).

Since 3 days I lost my Nederland 1 channel (getting Can't start Graph), and I had the same with Discovery for about a month now. Looks like most of the channels work fine. I live in The Hague, using the 5555 372,000 setting. Is it related to the changes Ziggo made described here? What could I do to fix it, just do a new scan? Or should I update some files in TV Server first? I hate being a noob at this, but a friend installed most of the stuff here, and he's on holiday

In TV server I found the place where you scan for channels, just left it on the old Casema setting still there, and it found 7 new channel, updated about 12 of them. Total amount of channels is 150, and most importantly, NED1 is functioning again. Can finally record tdf again

Issues solved. Installed the latest version of MP and MP TV Server. Channels are found .

Now next step is : Which codecs to use for mpeg2 and h264 for the HD channels. Any sugggestions?
