Hi Guys

Been using media portal for a few year now just upgraded to TV-Server 1.0 RC1
every thing is working well i control media portal gui via a touch screen in the
previous versions of media portal there was a feature in the general options
tab called (Use mouse left double click as right click)
has this been removed or is it somewhere else

any ideas??

I haven't seen this setting for a while.

From my TS display the setting caused more problems than it was worth.

The software/drivers for my TS had the better option of duration of touch set in seconds to cause the right mouse to activate.

Another great setting in the TS software/drivers was mouse action only on release and not touch which meant you could move your finger/pointer around the TS film without an action; action would only occur when finger/pointer was removed from TS film surface.

This makes the use of the TS so much more user friendly and works great with MP standard skins.

I'm missing the double-click as right-click option in 1.0 as well. My TS software's right-click facility is via a small floating box, which frequently is in just the wrong place, and disappears completely in any fullscreen window (which is good for watching, but makes it then impossible to right-click).

To be honest, this was the main feature that moved me from Vista Media Centre to MediaPortal in the first place.

Is it hidden in a different place now, or has it been removed?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

just found this old thread, I'm missing this function, too. Have you found any workaround?

    Thanks.
