Video Database - Coverart failure (1 Viewer)

I have had a good search for the answer to this, so apologies if I have missed it.

I am manually pointing my video database at coverart, and most entries are working, but for some reason I can't work out some don't and my coverart doesn't appear despite being stored in the database.

I am wondering if it is something to do with the error "The file list suggests that this movie is not on disc and thus the label will not be shown. Store it anyway?"

An example path for a failed record is: "F:\Video\Blake's 7\Blake's 7_01_Disc 1_01-03\video_ts\video_ts.ifo"

I was also wondering if it is to do with illegal characters or file path length. I hope not, because this will be VERY difficult to alter.

Apologies. I thought the problem was in the database configuration, not MediaPortal itself. I have attached the log.

I have also screen-captured the windows from MediaPortal Configuration.

The procedure I have replicated is selecting the Video library in MediaPortal and scrolling to the entry which the filepath in my original posting should be pointing at. Obviously I can't use the debug mode to show you the configuration process.

There is actually a Configuration.log which should show your actions in MediaPortal configuration. I'm not sure why it is not included in your logs - did you use option 3 (preferred in this case) or option 1?

I think I used option 1 because from the way it is worded, option 3 appeared to be for a crash, which I am not experiencing. I have just used option 3 to re-export the logs, and checked that there is a configuration log in there. Hopefully this contains what you need.

Something is definately off, according to the Configuration.log:

It seems like the thumbnail (coverart) IS created;

To confirm - the video database editor does seem to retain the image. It just doesn't show up in MediaPortal.
