it was a mpeg file, didnt test it with DVRms because i always compress first then cuttin the file.

I will see what to do with this bug.

Cause mpeg-cutting is under development, I recommend first to cut the dvrms file and then convert it to mpeg.

Hi

Having problems with the slider; it doesn't want to slide using the mouse! I can use the Fwd and Bwds buttons (using mouse and keyboard) to move the slider button along the line but I can't drag it about using the mouse. Used to work fine on earlier versions. The start, end, add buttons are all fine and it cuts the file no probs at all.

Any ideas?

I know this bug, but I still havent found the reason.

As a little workaround, with the keyboard it is working.

Can't use converted files in ULead VideoStudio 8

Hi all,

I got the converter working OK finally, after much head-banging and seeming incompetence on my part.

I wanted to use VideoStudio 8 on the new mpg files. However, VS did not recognize the file format. They did play OK in RealPlayer.

I didn't have any problems with files converted with MP 0.1.2.

Any ideas why?

If I understand your reply correctly, you're saying that the 0.1.2 convert function is still available in MP 0.2.1? Can you be more specific? I don't see it as a main menu choice nor from any sub menu.
