    Don't work:(
Only mpayer can read divx by MP/Mencoder.
    Solutions??

    Hi.
    massimo

Try to change your codecs. I use ffdshow (december build) and it works.

Or you could try the new transcoder plugin.

It depends on the priority for each codec. For example, if divx has priority 12 and ffdshow has priority 10 and the file could be decoded with both codec, the system will choose divx (> priority).

You can easily see which codec is in use opening the movie with mediaplayer and when the movie is in play, go to file-> properties.

To change a filter priority there are some tools. Googling I found this

p.s. if you use ffdshow, when you play a movie the ffdshow icon appears as tray icon.

what about any other divx settings? for example encoding modes?

VideoEditor's intend is to have a simple and easy to use Divx conversion!

    Just to steps are needed:
    1. select your Video
    2. hit OK and divx conversion starts

which mode is used? can I configure this settings?

You can change some settings between step 1 and 2.
Please see first post for further information: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...cut_your_recordings_within-t7426.html?p=51196

P.S.: For advanced conversion you may try Transcoding Plugin.
