Vista and two problems (1 Viewer)

I need help to sort out two problems I am having with my system. This is a second HTPC I built, the first one works without any problems at all and I contribute it to its operating system - XP SP3.
1. Scheduled recordings don't work. What happens is, the PC wakes up from S3 mode at the specified time and nothing gets recorded. AFter the scheduled program finishes, the PC goes back to sleep. If I try to go to the MyTv during this time, I get "Cannot start Timeshift. Unknown Error occur." message. Please note, to avoid Vista user priveleges problem I am running my PC as Administrator. Also, If I do a manual recording, then everything works without any problems.
2. If I configure TVServer Power Scheduler plugin to reinitialize server and TV card on resume, I get Restart script error - Line 21..
As I mention I have another HTPC running RC2 under Windows XP and everything just works and these two problems are driving me crazy. I will appreciate aAny help or suggestions please.

Have you got recording folder not set too root of drive, ie C:\ is wrong, should be C:\Recorded TV or whatever you wish to name the folder, also make sure all cards point to the same folder, I even have a seperate timeshifting folder inside the main recorded TV one.

If already set up like above, then set a delay before detecting cards within TVServers general tab.

If you then go into standby (powerscheduler) and then resume with remote, can you tune into channels in TVServer config, if you can, make sure both tuners are starting up, the only way i have found to check this is to rescan the channels on both cards, if any show red then card not being seen, stopping and restarting the TVServer should resolve, if it does you may need to investigate MPStandbyHandler.

And are you really on RC2

Yes, I have recording folders set for all cards to D:\TVRecordings folder. Timeshifting folder is left to default one in MediaPortal subforlder.
Also I did try to set a time delay for card detection before and that didn't work either. I was using different to Administrator account then. I will try to do it again using Administrator account this time and see how it goes.
The thing is when I simply wake up the PC with remote, not on scheduled event, without any delay to detect the tuner, everything works just perfect. I can watch one channel while recording another.
As far as my second problem goes, I think I need to reinstall MP from scratch, something might be corrupted ther, not sure what exactly though.

And yes, I still use RC2 only due to one plugin for Internet TV, which doesn't work with anything higher. The TV provider promissed to deliver updated plugin, so I guess I have to wait for now.

Was browsing for extra info on the upcoming Vista SP2 and found the following

Can this be a solution for my problems? Did anyone try to install the hotfix and can report the result?
