Vista SP1 (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

since i've installed sp1 on my vista 32 ultimate i could not get my FireDTV DVB-S2 to work with tv3 anymore... i've really tryed everything, and every svn... at this moment i'm running the latest svn of both mp and tv3 but still no luck, at first i was getting only 7 channels on a full scan and was also able to preview em so the card is working properly, but now i get "no signal" on every trasponder and i really don't know what to do.
I've tryed the card with it's own firedtv viewer application and the scan find every channel and works like a charm... so the card it's working =\ please help me! i attach my tv log of the last scan i tryed some minutes ago.

Actually 61 shouldn't be that low... given that 100 is max... and btw wouldn't make sense to find 0 channels if with the same signal i find every channel with firedtv viewer... btw i'm attaching all the logs... thank you

i have
- Floppy DTV S2 (beta x64 floppyDTV S2 drivers, but they are usually quite stable. far from being useless)
- Vista x64 + SP1 + latest patches (there are really few patches after SP1)
- TVE3 + svn, MP 0.2.3.0 + svn (svn's are from 31.3.2008 i think)

Its running quite well, the MP client crashes sometimes (about 10% ), but its quite usable for me so far.

my signal strength/quality is only 50% by some channels (e.g. Luxe TV HD) and the reception is quite ok.

i had similar problem like you (other programms catching channels, but some dont) when i confused the Diseqc settings (e.g. i scanned Hotbird channels on the LNB for Astra 19.2)
you can try to update the transponder lists ( i noticed, that i case of temporal kingofsat site shutdown, the transponder lists were deleted during the update, but new transponder lists couldnt be downloaded and scanning was therefore impossible)

I do the satellite updates everytime i install a new svn before scanning but actually still no luck... it's like i choose hotbird 13 in the setup but mptv server doesn't care what i choose and scan the wrong frequencies?

to be honest i don't remember exactly but i'm almost 100% sure that since i updated to SP1 i've never been able to get it working anymore...

Took me 3 installs to get SP1 to behave itself with my setup, why have not got a clue, but i found on clean install of Vista and then installing all drivers before adding SP1 worked, if i put sp1 before drivers everything haywire.
