The problem is that I've 2 monitors connected to my ATI4350 and TV programs in SD definition (even SAT or terrestrial DVB) goes to 25 fps and not the 50fps (PAL) it should be.Creating a strange behaviour in the image (no lost of frames but shutter in the image). It doesn't happen if y disable in CCD (Catalyst Control Centre) the second display where I've VMR9 50, avg fps 50 sync:0</p><p>With second display on, VMR9 starts with 50 but quickly goes around 25 and avg fps to 25 causing the problem.
