wait for pmt (1 Viewer)

Decreased scan time to 1 sec for pmt and everything is ok!

I get a lot of "wait for pmt" messages in TV.log and it takes ~25sec to start timeshifting. With TVE2 I have more normal 5 sec. I also get "Sendpmt failed" many times in TV.log. Is there anything else I can attach to make this easier to debug?
