I guess that's a personal choice - I hate the integrated versions as you'll need to replace almost everything if you need an upgrade.
I would go with the above - Mobo + i3/i5 + GT430/440. This gives you a great system with the flexibility to upgrade one or more of the components if the needs arises.
If MP2 suddenly needs an i7 + GTX690 (heaven forbid!) then you can get them without a major overhaul.

If you want the CPU soldered to the board, so no luck... All better (more powerful) CPU are in a socket. But there are lots of Mini-ITX Boards for Sandy Bridge - Ivy Bridge or AMD CPU available so you can choose one of them and use integrated GPU of those...
