I have now found out, if I copy the tvguide.xml to another folder. Then I can see the xml file and also use it in MP EPG. Now the problem is, to make this work. I'll need too copy file file myselv.

Any other way to get around this?

This file "xmltv.dtd" needs to be in the directory with tvguide.xml for it to work. Normally this file should be in the xmltv directory, which is where WebEPG creates the tvguide.xml file.

It is in the same dir. But it don't work there. Can it be my dir strucktur? My webEPG is install like this.:

    e:/program files/team-mediaprtal/mediaportal/xmltv/

The tvguide.xml file has output in dir.:
    e:/program files/team-mediaprtal/mediaportal/xmltv/xmltv
when i run it from this dir it don't work. I get xmltv.dtd error.

When I copy the tvguide.xml to.:
    e:/program files/team-mediaprtal/mediaportal/xmltv/

    then it works....

I not sure what is wrong with your directory structure there, but it doesn't seem to be standard.

WebEPG is included in the 0.2 RC4 build and SVN with the exe's/dll's in the MP root and All other WebEPG files are in the WebEPG directory off the MP root

    Normally C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\WebEPG

WebEPG will then save the tvguide.xml file into the "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xmltv" directory where the xmltv.dtd files should also be. This is also the default directory which MP looks for the tvguide.xml file.

These directories can be changed but, for MP to load the tvguide.xml it needs to find the xmltv.dtd in the same directory. You can test is with a web browser like IE too.

If you move WebEPG to another directory you need to make sure you move all the files it requires and it won't be able to find the TV database so certain features will not work.

    Free,

You don't need to install WebEPG. It is installed with MP. You only need to configure it and schedule it.

    Cheers,
