WebEPG failure on clean MP1.2 install (1 Viewer)

What with the release of 1.2 final, digital switchover today and splitting of my tv server/client I did a full clean install of MP 1.2 TV Server today. Everything is fine except WebEPG where SetupTV.exe reports grabber XML issues, this can be seen in the attached log.

The grabber XMLs are all there, I can open them and they parse correctly in IE.

There's no security events recorded and Process Monitor doesn't show anything.

Anyone any ideas?

UPDATE - looks like a corrupt .NET 2.0 on Windows 7 which needs an OS restore
