Hi everone,
I just re-build my homeserver, now running Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard with Essentials Role - so far, so good.
I'm running a WSUS on my server, using MSSQL 2012 Express Advanced, which is also used for MP 1.10.00 database.
Now trying to get WebMediaPortal to fly, already spent days with that but with no success.
Installation of MPExtended successfully done, downloaded and installed WMP IIS Edition and here's what happens:
Setting 32BIt-Mode to FALSE in advanced properties of the AppPool displays a common error message shown here:

If I set the parameter to TRUE and reload the site I just get an error 500 - internal server error and can't figure out, what the hell goes wrong here.
Tried setting up my own AppPool, same behaviour. Tried setting up WMP as Virtual Directory, no success. Setup WMP as Application in the Default Web Site, same behaviour.
No more ideas what logfile I should check, any ideas? Anyone?
