how do you reset the database in gma ? the channel listing is not the same as in tv server or in mpclient ..

did make a clean install of tvserver and did a new channel scan after that all the channels in ampdroid is wrong .

In related news, I've uploaded GMA 0.3.2. It fixes some bugs related to obscure databases. If you don't have problems for which I've claimed that they will be fixed in next GMA release or that are listed on the release page, there's no need to upgrade.

I think you are confusing some things here. GMA doesn't have anything to do with the TV server or channels at all. It just exposes the clientside databases (videos, tvseries, movies, etc) to clients. TV4Home does the TV server related things, such as loading channels. Both don't keep their own database, but just expose the data available in other databases.

Are you sure you show all channels in the MP client? Do all channels that show up in tv4home show up in the TV Server configuration program?

i did a reinstall and did drop the data base an installd the latest mp 1.2.1 and did a new channel scan made som channel groups exp (svt/filmer/sport) i did not reinstall tv4home or gma when i enter tv in ampdroid the all channels group change to svt the channels inside are mest upp channels that is not in ther is shown in epg and same for the other groups .

did try slim tv client (mp2) and ther it was ok ?

thats way i thout it whoud be in gma ..

is ther som cash in the phone to reset ?? how to do that ...

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I don't understand what you're trying to say. Could you explain it again and be more clear? Using actual sentence instead of a whole lot of words and abbreviations can help too

Ah, so your problem is that on the phone there are channels in the groups which aren't there in other clients? If it works correctly with the MP2 thin client, it isn't a problem with TV4Home but instead with aMPdroid. Do you have the "show all channels group" option checked in aMPdroid?

Reinstalling won't help, so you don't have to try it

Do you have the "show all channels group" option checked in aMPdroid?

dident but did enabel it dident make any diferens .(took a long time geting all the 850 channels)

did test som more testing if i look in epg the channels are wrong but not in channels ? (in ampdroid)

not realy a show stopper for me so i can wait for another releas and do a format on the server ..

it did work before i did the reinstall och mp tvserver ??..so maby i whill do a format and start ower again ..to se if it helps .

Hello,

I just installed the latest gmawebservice and it doesn't appear to be working. None of the localhost:44321 URLs posted in these forums work. IE says it could not display the webpage.

Where do I begin to troubleshoot this? I have been searching but not finding.

The service is started and that's all I know.

My goal is to setup aMPdroid.

Any help is much appreciated!

Ok, after realizing the port on the recent versions is 4321 instead of 44321 I now receive a web page with "Service" as the heading with smaller text reading "Endpoint not found." I'm using:

http://localhost:4321/GmaWebService/MediaAccessService/json/MP_GetSupportedFunctions
and
http://localhost:4321/GmaWebService/MediaAccessService/json/GetSupportedFunctions

Is this response to be expected. aMPdroid still does not connect. Where do I look now?

That are really old versions of the URL. All URLs in the forum are probably obsolete. There is a troubleshooting guide on the wiki now, so could you the URLs that are there? Also, which version of aMPdroid do you use?
