Does Nvidia card have good support for 23.976HZ and HD audio bitstreaming? Maybe I should throw out my HD5770......

Hey, I would never recommend anything so extreme, especially on such a new card

As far as bitstreaming HD audio, no knowlege as audio straight to tv via hdmi.

The HD5770 has 800 Stream processing units, and madVR can make full use of those. So it should be more then capable enough to run madVR in all its glory. Assuming of course you don't have a very weak CPU to go along with it.

LAV video decoder also has a high quality RGB32 converter which comes quite close to MadVR IMO.
But both solutions cannot utilize DXVA and hardware deinterlacing......

LAV has CUVID though, which uses CUDA if you have an nVidia card. If you have an AMD or Intel card though, you're out of luck...
