This might sound like a bit of a stupid request as I know it shows the stream url in the Tuning information dialog, but opening this with VLC takes me back to the beginning of viewing that channel, and the stream seems to increment occasionally from stream1.2 to stream1.3 etc.
Is there a stream that shows the current point of viewing at all times? I want to transcode the tv with VLC so that it streams to a wireless pc I have which doesn't have enough bandwidth for normal streaming.
