Why are ISO files not natively supported (1 Viewer)

Anyone know of any mounting software other than demon tools (thats free and safe)? Just noticed its now software which requires currency to purchase!!

Last I checked "Daemontools" has a free version, try this "http://www.disc-tools.com/download/daemon"

IMDisk is OpenSource and has never failed for me since I use it. And I use it since ages..

I've used iso files (non-BR) for years with MediaPortal and MovingPictures and it works great for me.

I've used Virtual Clone Drive for several years now with MediaPortal and MovingPictures and it works great for me, using it with DVD and BR iso files.
Used to have Daemontools, but like VCD a lot more.

I'm still using daemon toolz, works well and is 100% free and you can choose not to install the bloatware by paying careful attention to what you tick / untick during the installation
