Wierd mapping issue (1 Viewer)

According to the BBC website, from 18:00 this evening the guide looks like this for BBC1 South

However, once I've run the XMLTVGUI and xmlTV has done its stuff, the MP guide gives me this

So looking at BBC1 (South) the weather is on for 30 minutes from 18:30 to 19:00. South Today is a very tiny line after the weather, is on from 18:30 to 18:30. The Once Show is correct. Then its BBC News; Regional News from 19:30 to 20:00. Then another tiny line for Rhys Jones's Wildlife Patrol 19:30 to 19:30. This incorrect data is duplicated for every week day.

I have attached the raw radiotimesdata.txt and the resulting tvguidedata.txt once the XMLTVGUI has run.

Who is at fault here? is it the raw Radio Times data, the XMLTVGUI or the xmlTV plugin?

Further research has shown that the raw Radio Times data supplied by a third party is at fault, and as a result, I've now changed to MC2XML.
