Make fork, recompile with 1.23 Library, and ...

mpextended is on the link-blacklist for 2+ years as the website is/was fraud. As github was still linking to it I decided to block it in total, not just the .com domain.

I remove link in readme on default MPExtended branch if need i remove in all branch link to MPE home ...
